I am so excited to share with you my plans for June!  First, I've kicked off a monthly newsletter to keep you totally up to date with challenge groups, recipes, motivation, etc.  The main purpose of these newsletters and the blog of course is  to share our fitness journeys together.  There are highs and lows.  Lots and lots of highs and lows on every journey.  If you would like to receive the newsletter, sign up HERE.

I myself and 10 weeks postpartum.  I feel strong than ever but I'm trying to be kind to my body as I am still carrying a lot of extra weight.  Right now i'm half way through Couch to 5k to get my running back AND I'm going through PiYo.  It is such a treat for my body to enjoy all the stretching and yet somehow I am still getting stronger.  I managed my first side plank today!!  

We are all on our own journey but there is definitely strength in numbers.  I am here to help in anyway I can!
